From the moment you walk through the gate, our therapeutic garden invites you to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with nature. Winding pathways lead you passed plants chosen especially for their fragrance, texture, and seasonal beauty. Jonquils and Daphne in winter, lilac and poppies in spring, Smoke bush ablaze with autumn colours and Summer has much more.

Here, clients are encouraged to engage with all the senses:🌿 Smell the flowers and herbs🌸 Touch soft petals or textured leavesšŸƒ Walk barefoot along the grass or earthā˜€ļø Feel the sun and breeze on your skinšŸµ

Every season brings something new, reminding us of life’s cycles of growth, dormancy, death and rebirth. Often a simple scent or colour recalls a memory — of a childhood garden, a loved one, a family story. These sensory moments open the way for stories to surface naturally, safely, and meaningfully.

The garden is more than a backdrop — it is an active partner in the therapeutic process. Clients may gather flowers, leaves, or natural objects to bring into the studio, creating art that speaks to their present feelings or emerging story.

At times, sessions may also take place outdoors — , sitting on the grass, drawing or painting in nature. These moments of stillness and creativity offer grounding, connection, and gentle discovery.

“ I am a storyteller and keeper of stories. Through creative arts therapy, I help clients safely explore their journeys using many creative modalities—painting, music, sculpture, textiles, movement, and more. ”
