Do you offer online/telehealth art therapy? - Yes, where suitable we offer secure telehealth across Australia.

Is your Therapeutic Garden accessible and sensory-friendly? Yes - It’s designed with accessibility and sensory engagement in mind—contact us about specific needs.

Is there parking or public transport nearby? - Parking/public transport details are provided with your booking; reach out if you have access needs.

Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments? Limited after-hours by request.

What should I bring to my first session? - Normally, just yourself, we will advise what you need to bring. We provide materials.

What is art therapy and how does it help? A creative, supported way to explore feelings, build insight and wellbeing—no art skills needed.

Do you offer nature-based or garden therapy? Yes—sessions may incorporate the Therapeutic Garden and nature-based practices.

 

Do you support NDIS participants? Yes—self-managed and plan-managed participants. We can provide invoices, notes and reports.

What are your fees and session length? Standard sessions are typically ~60 minutes. Current fees provided on enquiry.

Do you accept GP referrals or offer rebates? - Medicare rebates generally don’t apply to art therapy unless delivered by a Medicare-registered clinician. Private health varies—check with your fund.

What is your cancellation policy? Our policy is outlined in your booking confirmation; ask us if you’re unsure.

Do you run group programs or workshops in Ballarat? Yes—periodically. Join the list or enquire for dates.

Do you visit schools, community or aged-care settings?  Yes—outreach by arrangement.

Do you offer workplace wellbeing or team sessions? Yes—custom programs for teams and organisations.

What happens in the first session and how many might I need? We discuss goals, consent and safety, then begin creative exploration. Frequency is tailored to your needs.

How do you ensure privacy and cultural safety? We follow professional codes, informed consent and secure record-keeping; we welcome feedback to support cultural safety.
